In a society there are layers of intelligence.
some understand the level of lawmaking
others of being in guidance of law
and a third to be corrected by law.

As lawmaking is understanding
ethical rules of ordealing people
as lawmmaking is understanding
the freedom and the concept of
living together with rules.

As lawmaking is understanding
law to be above free will
and the level for citizens
seeking life and purpose.

as guidance of law is
to have a job,
loved ones, a home
and all kinds of
life and its form to
be filled with purpose.

as to be corrected by law
for people without
understanding the basic
rights, and making
mistakes in the level
of freedom of others
and the freedom
to search for a goal in life.

An intention is the word for
the inner level of society

As the seeking or searching
for a lifegoal is
visible in the interaction
of people with society.

as they seek a purpose
in line with their
level of happiness
as bound by words and education.

As a society has levels
of interaction and order
in the broad level of
all societal structures.

As lawmakers with their insight
write about politics and about
which laws are valid,
and in which period or location
they hold their validity.

as those guided by law form
the laborfunction in society
as we all need our daily things
from bread, from cclothing
to free time and its spending value.

As those corrected, with their conscience
or without are restricted in their
behaviour as being part
of the visible kind of ordeal.
as when they not violate others
have their freedom to seek
their life, and if violating
are restricted.

The intention is a basic level
being inward and not visible
not under judgement,
and if visible getting a place
in society at the level of intelligence.

As the seeking of a life's goal
in line with the place in society
gives their use to a society in full.

as a society gives effort to the best places
to sustain its period, or its effectiveness.
as to have a good job at a high place
secures a spot in society.

As a society uses a level of placegiving
and to use a level of structuring
in level of marks as intelligence
or any kind of judging given marks
to a level of jobplacing.

As all societies depending on
either language, territory
or the use of labor to have
a schemed hierarchy
is by intention as inward
and the seeking of a purpose
as outward.

As an equality in societies
is the level of a hierarchy
and bound by labor
and the use of salary
as the part of recompensing time
and the use of intelligence.

All societies based on language are capable
of communicating about labor
and the use of a social structure
regarding labor.

as language is either bound
by intent of a societal structure
or by the purpose of a societal structure.
